Day to Day
As a Client Success Specialist, you will communicate directly with clients, Enterprise level Direct Employers operating primarily within the UK market, through email, phone and zoom, and work closely with our internal Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure a flawless experience with Indeed from the beginning. If you are motivated to deliver outstanding, memorable “WOW’ experiences, facilitate effective solutions, and delight clients at every turn, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Foster and grow relationships with our clients, offer personalized service, and help them in their end goal of making quality hires.
- Take care of brand-new and existing client accounts, ensuring campaigns are hitting their strategic targets. Help them measure their success and return on investment from Indeed by monitoring and assessing trends on the account.
- Become an Indeed product specialist, which will allow you to maximize clients’ accounts and set them up for success. By diagnosing and finding solutions to technical problems, working through new and existing integration setups, and working heavily with our job aggregation system, you will solidify Indeed as the number one source of hire for our clients.
- Partner with our Product, Operations, Finance, Trust & Safety, and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems, improve processes, and ensure client satisfaction by providing their feedback to our internal partners and translating our business needs into potential client solutions.
- Assist new clients with their account set-up; offer informed suggestions based on industry knowledge,, thoroughly explain Indeed products & services, and give an overall great first impression.
- Team with sales partners to act as an extension to your client’s strategic team, conducting quarterly business reviews on product and campaign performance with clients.
Skills/Competencies
- 1+ years experience in B2B, Tech, Customer Service, Account Management. Related experience can also include Industry (Recruitment, Staffing, Dot com, HR Tech, Ad/Media Agency), B2B or B2C relationship management, servicing internal or external customers, or retail customer service.
- Learn efficiently and exhibit tech savviness; your curiosity and drive mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
- Relationship management and churn prevention techniques, and the drive to engage clients on new products and features.

Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 40,000 - 54,000 EUR per year
