We are currently recruiting for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager for Larissa Lodge Nursing Home.
Role Requirements:
Registered with NMBI
Experience in a similar role essential
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Management qualification desirable
The Clinical Nurse Manager will lead a team of Nurses, Care Assistants and Domestic staff to ensure that all care rendered is to the highest standard. The CNM will monitor and review the work of Staff Nurses ensuring that each resident is properly cared for based on individual nursing needs and that the care plan accurately reflects care received.

Starting salary is negotiable based on experience in older person's services and post registration education.
