About Us
We’re a mobile coffee trailer serving specialty drinks, fresh pastries, and good vibes across Malahide Demesne. We’re passionate about quality coffee, friendly service, and building a local community feel wherever we park. We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Coffee Trailer Manager to help run day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure every cup served is top-notch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily trailer operations, including setup, service, and closing
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier communication
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Handle cash/card transactions, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation
- Represent the brand with excellent customer service and a positive attitude
- Coordinate with event organizers and handle trailer logistics as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in a café, coffee shop, or food truck environment
- Strong barista skills and knowledge of coffee equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced situations
- Full clean driving license (preferred, especially if moving the trailer)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional events
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Social media or marketing experience
