This is for a Coffee shop Supervisor in a brand new business starting soon!
This is a lead role with potential for future promotion.
Looking for someone with a Passion for Coffee and people.
THE ROLE:
– Oversee day-to-day operations
– Lead a small, focused team
– Handle suppliers, stock, service standards, and staff scheduling/rostering
-Dealing Daily with cash reconciliation & end-of-day reports.
YOU ARE:
– Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
(Can be discussed)
-Someone who works well under pressure & sharp on detail.
- Works well with the public.
– Level 2 HACCP certified.
– Straight-talking, reliable,Organised,responsible and switched on.
(Everything I want to be when I wake up but sometimes struggle to tie my shoelaces. )
