Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Evening Cleaner to help keep our kitchen and café areas clean and sanitary after daytime service. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Wipe down and sanitise all kitchen surfaces and prep areas
- Clean and degrease light kitchen equipment (grill tops, counters, sinks, etc.)
- Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area floors
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely
- Clean restroom facilities (toilet, sink, mirrors, floors)
- Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper as needed
- Perform closing cleaning checklist duties
- Follow all food safety and cleaning standards (HACCP-aware preferred)
Requirements
- Prior cleaning or kitchen porter experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work 5 PM to 8 PM without supervision
- Knowledge of basic cleaning practices and safe chemical use
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 20 kg and work on your feet for 3 hours
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
