The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance and Business Development team. This is an exciting chance to work across the UK and European markets, supporting on projects that shape our growth – from pricing and market research to asset repositioning and financial analysis.
You’ll gain exposure across commercial finance, business development, and executive-level decision-making, making this a role with huge scope for learning and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to support projects, asset sales, and repositioning opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence on PBSA, BTR, Co-Living, and SFR sectors.
- Assist with NOI (Net Operating Income) analysis, contract reviews, and commercial operations.
- Prepare historical and forecast financial information to support business decisions.
- Lead and support commercial projects, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
- Collaborate across finance, procurement, and sales teams, building strong internal and external relationships.
- Contribute to competitor mapping and maintain accurate financial models and templates.
- Attend site visits when needed to assess refurb and repositioning opportunities.
About You
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced Excel ability.
- Commercially minded, curious, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of PBSA, BTR, Co-Living or Later Living sectors (UK, Ireland or Europe) is an advantage.
