Grow with us as a Commercial Finance Manager for our Irish Market. This role is the business partner to the General Manager for Ireland, and the key point of contact for Sales, RGM, and working as part of our UKI Finance Team. This role will allow you to develop your leadership skills, drive continuous improvement in processes, forecast accuracy, and commercial insight.
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
Business Partner : Collaborate across Sales, assess the profitability of promos, carry out monthly trade reviews & accrual ownership.
Support : Influence General Manager for ROI and Sales Director with financial analysis and insights, and collaborate with Sales Director, Revenue Growth Management & Demand planning, set customer targets for the financial year & measure through KPI’s
Financial Planning: Budget/forecasting cycle- build the P&L in line with targets and ensure P&L fully understood in terms of Quality of Earnings analysis and insights. Ensure Key Financial Controls and SoX 404 are adhered to. Ensure backup is available for audit purposes and answer audit queries as required.
Process Ownership: Own P&L deliverables, analysis of monthly performance for inclusion into the monthly exec presentations for European Leadership review. Be the financial owner of the Market EBP process, managing the current financial best estimate, and ensure R&O’s management.
Present · Work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director for UKI on consolidated UKI results and presentations. Present in monthly business reviews to the VP/GM and Senior Finance Director for UKI.
We’re Looking for Someone With
The position requires a qualified university degree in Finance/accountancy qualification. Educated to degree level or MBA in Finance/accountancy qualification and at least 4/5 years of related finance experience.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build relationships across multiple levels.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with great influencing, analytical, and leadership skills
Commercial acumen and business partnering experience with the ability to drive commercial insight.
