In this role, you’ll work with businesses across diverse industries to deliver tailored solar and energy solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and build strong relationships with commercial clients across various industries.
- Understand clients' energy needs and provide tailored renewable energy solutions.
- Actively generate leads and grow your pipeline through networking and outreach.
- Deliver engaging, solution-focused sales presentations that demonstrate value and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Stay informed on industry regulations, incentives, and technological developments to provide up-to-date advice.
- Support the continuous improvement of our commercial sales strategy.
About You
- Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident working independently.
- Technical or electrical background preferred; commercial electrical experience is a plus.
- Solar industry experience is an advantage.
- Full driving licence required — regular travel to client sites is a key part of the role.
- Business development, strategic sales planning, and commercial acumen are highly valued.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to take ownership of your work.
