We are expanding our operations and currently seeking skilled Concrete Floor Finishers to join our growing team. These are permanent, full-time positions with excellent pay rates for experienced candidates.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out all aspects of concrete flatwork: preparation, forming, reinforcing, levelling, jointing, and curing
Operating machinery such as ride-on power floats, screeds, and other finishing tools
Accurately estimating job completion timelines
Conducting repairs on existing concrete structures and fixing defects such as cracks or patches
Ensuring high-quality surface finishes and tolerances
Requirements:
Valid CSR or Safepass certification
Prior experience using ride-on power floats and delivering high-tolerance flooring
Willingness and flexibility to travel for projects
Strong communication skills, both onsite and with our support team, especially when quick decisions are needed
Proven experience in concrete finishing roles
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €17.15-€24.36 per hour
