Currently ranked Number 1 hotel in the UK&I and 8th in Europe in IHG hotels, we are seeking an experienced C&B Operations Manager to join their growing team! If you have experience within hotels we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing large-scale events within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. You will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead a large team effectively while also working independently on your own initiative.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, task-oriented approach to work.

Key Requirements:
- Proven background in events management within a 4/5-star hotel.
- Experience with hotel event management software (e.g., Opera)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Strong customer focus and service-driven mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure smooth event delivery
- Experience in managing staffing levels, including reviewing team hours, rota planning, and assisting with payroll accuracy and labour cost control.
- Budget management and cost control experience
