We are seeking a highly capable Construction Manager to join our team in Galway.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth coordination of all construction tasks
Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope
Use Procore to maintain a detailed site diary (training provided if needed)
Monitor workforce levels and track progress across all trades
Lead works from plastering/skimming to third fix, snagging, and final handover
Ensure high standards of quality control, health & safety, and compliance
Manage site timelines, resources, and materials effectively
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Site Manager role
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman (residential or commercial)
Strong trades background, ideally in carpentry or similar
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings
Familiar with current Irish building regulations and certification requirements
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
Strong communication and leadership skills
Deep understanding of health & safety standards on Irish construction sites

Pay: €54,658.86-€99,793.23 per year
