We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Kerry.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of project execution, ensuring it is completed on schedule, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
Direct and coordinate site activities, managing contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project progression.
Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
Uphold all health and safety standards on site, ensuring compliance with Irish construction regulations.
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Provide detailed reporting and regular updates to company leadership.
Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience managing large-scale residential or healthcare-related construction projects.
Previous employment with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor is highly desirable.
Relevant academic qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills in fast-paced site environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.
Fully eligible to work in Ireland without restriction.
