Role Purpose
FanDuel Sportsbook is seeking a Content Operations Executive to drive the usability, profitability, and overall experience of our digital sportsbook platforms across the U.S. (online and retail) and Canada (online). This position is integral to the operational success of FanDuel’s market-leading offering by curating, optimizing, and localizing sportsbook content.
The role works cross-functionally with Product, Risk & Trading, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and other team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives while enhancing the customer journey. This position contributes to shaping the sportsbook experience that millions of users engage with daily, supporting FanDuel’s position as America’s #1 Sportsbook.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Complete content publishing workflows across US and Canadian online platforms and retail.
Maintain accurate and timely content that meets business critical metrics.
Optimize betting markets and promotions in line with the sporting calendar and real-time events.
Localize and personalize user experiences based on region and user preferences.
Contribute to the creation of narrative-driven parlays, using sports insights and data.
Identify and improve internal processes and tooling to reduce manual work.
Stay updated on competitor activity and industry standard processes.
Provide cross-functional support to adjacent business areas (Retail, Fantasy, Faceoff, Casino).
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a team with 18-hour daily coverage, 365 days a year.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
General understanding of the sports and betting landscape, ideally within the U.S.
Comfortable working non-standard hours aligned with the sporting calendar.
Qualifications & Experience
1+ years in a content-focused role, ideally in e-commerce, sports, or digital entertainment.
Experience working with digital platforms, content tools, or CMS systems preferred.
Demonstrated ability to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with sports betting, particularly in the U.S. market, strongly preferred.
Knowledge of global sports is a plus.
