Experienced cook/kitchen assistant required for our busy café within a children's playcentre in Swords. The job involves all preparation and delivery of food. The ideal candidate should be experienced working on their own initiative and be a creative cook. The job entails creating new menu plans, keeping all HACCP records, all food orders and complying with HSE regulations.
HACCP qualifications and Garda vetting would be required. Also you need to have experience working in a kitchen or catering background, must be organised and have good time keeping, must be able to perform well under pressure.
Good command of English language and a positive attitude are essential.
