Catering Assistant needed in excellent South County Dublin secondary school.... approx 30 hours a week - 8.30 - 2.30pmCooking experience is essential. The candidate needs to be competent preparing food, chopping, assembling and using cooking equipment and have a good understanding of food and HACCP systems. They will be expected to prepare salads from scratch, heat casserole dishes/lasagna/curry etc and portion, cook rice and pasta, prepare sandwich fillings and assemble sandwiches, package everything nicely to the highest standards and have a friendly nice manner to serve the students and teachers. The hourly rate is €15.00 and it is from 8am-2.30pm 5 days per week during school term only.
