Responsibilities -:
- Prepare and cook all homemade Breakfasts, Lunches, Soup of the Day, Home Baking & light bites to a high standard.
- Responsibility of all orders and costings for both the kitchen and front of house.
- Assist with menu planning and daily specials
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen - this includes all record keeping of all fridges and freezers in the restaurant.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
Requirements -:
- Previous cooking experience in a cafe/restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Creativity and passion for simple , tasty food
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€17.74 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
