An opportunity is now available for a cook/Kitchen hand to join our team at 16 Pearse Street, Clonakilty.
About You:
- The ability to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with customers
- A passion for food
- Previous experience working in a food environment an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
Main Duties:
- Adhering to HACCP and food safety standards
- Over counter sales and customer service
- Food preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee
- Cook, prepare and display foods as manufactured through the day to ensure counter displays are to the highest standards
- Ensure merchandising, preparation and rotation of the stock.
- Helping with customer queries, including recipe suggestions and cooking advice
Working hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm.
