Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Leasing Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our leasing business in Ireland. In this key role you will be overseeing and expanding our corporate leasing operations.
This role involves managing client relationships, optimising fleet utilisation, negotiating contracts and ensuring our leasing services objectives align with the client’s business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the car industry, a wide knowledge of current industry products and trends, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of managing corporate clients.
You will be responsible for growing the business through the acquisition of new customers as well as retaining the existing client base. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve leasing, sales and fleet maintenance targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimise profitability.
You will be supported by our Group management and Finance team and will report to the Group Directors.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the leasing and administration team.
- Develop and implement Strategies to achieve Revenue and Profit targets.
- Monitor and analyse Fleet Management, Maintenance and Sales Performance KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure excellent Customer Service standards are always maintained.
- Oversee Stock Management and Pricing Strategies.
- Manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, or related finance role preferably at a senior level or as department manager.
- Strong understanding of dealership or leasing operations, including Purchasing, Sales, Leasing, Aftersales, Finance and Administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Solid financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving profitability.
- Knowledge of the Irish automotive market and regulatory requirements.
- QFA or APA Qualification a distinct advantage
