Role Summary:
Join Dublin’s most exciting new rental community. CompassRock Ireland is looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager to help lead leasing success at Glassbottle, Dublin’s newest and largest Build-to-Rent (BTR) development, and support leasing at Alta Verde in Blackrock.
Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you’ll be the friendly, proactive face that guides prospective residents from first enquiry to move-in, while ensuring current residents enjoy a seamless living experience.
This is a fast-paced, people-first role where no two days are the same — you’ll be running viewings, managing enquiries, helping drive occupancy targets, and supporting a team committed to excellence in the BTR sector.

Alta Verde:
This Blackrock asset is the first property in the portfolio of upcoming BTR assets, the latest and most curated BTR property in the City. Alta Verde on Cross Avenue, Blackrock is located less than 8km from Dublin's city centre and just under 1 km from Blackrock Village and DART station. The proposed apartment scheme sits on approximately 3 acres and will include three separate blocks comprising 246 apartments, a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units designed by award winning architects Urban Agency and delivered by MDO architects.

What you’ll do
- Support all leasing activity to meet occupancy and KPI targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual property tours.
- Manage applications, tenancy agreements, and move-ins with precision.
- Help maximise lease renewals through proactive resident engagement.
- Work with the centralised leasing team to align strategy and share market insights.
- Maintain high standards in CRM usage, compliance, and operational delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in leasing, lettings, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Knowledge of residential property or Build-to-Rent (advantage but not essential).
- Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Hours & Location
40 hours per week, 5 days over a 7-day rota (including some weekends). Shifts may vary between 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, or 10am–7pm. Based at Glassbottle, Dublin, with regular visits to Alta Verde, Blackrock and occasional travel to other sites.
