About The Role
Bidvest Noonan has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist and Administrator who is passionate about delivering a welcoming customer experience for every visitor, at every interaction. This position will suit an organised individual with exceptional customer service standards.
Location of role: Castletroy, Limerick
Hours of work: 45 hours per week during business hours, 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Access control duties including meet and greet all incoming guests/staff & contractors in professional and welcoming manner and direct them to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the relevant person.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Update the visitors list as per staff request.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable at all times.
- Order taxis/transfers as requested by staff.
- General administration and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 1-2 years’ experience gained in a similar role within a corporate office environment
- Friendly and welcoming, professional and presentable at all times
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and reliable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive can-do attitude
