Job Overview
Ayvens is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts. This role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the corporate sector. This role will also involve managing Ayvens’ international client portfolio in Ireland, along with implementing key white label partnerships with manufacturers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the corporate leasing portfolio.
- Identify, engage, and convert new business leads across mid-market and large enterprises employing all sales techniques such as cold calling.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and offerings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leasing products, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Proactive in generating new growth channels and innovative ideas to grow the sales pipeline.
- Manage and grow Ayvens’ international client portfolio in Ireland.
- Implement and manage the white label partnership model with dealers and manufacturers.
- Being heavily involved in the implementation of new clients to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the vehicle leasing, automotive, or financial services sector.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate sales role.
- Experience in managing tender processes or framework agreements.
- Strong understanding of vehicle leasing products, including contract hire, finance lease, and fleet solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
Desirable Attributes
- Good networking skills to build new relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understanding of sustainability trends in mobility and electric vehicles (EVs).
- Commercially astute with strong financial acumen.
