Shovelhead Pizza is looking for a counter attendant/order taker, a person with a strong sense of customer focus.
The position requires:
- attention to detail
- strong analytical and communication skills (receiving orders over the phone, and through various platforms)
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- time management and ability to juggle between deliveries and collections
- providing excellent customer service and efficient problem solving (dealing with delivery issues, late orders, order content changes)
- controlling and assisting delivery drivers
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From €13.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
