We are seeking a Customer-Oriented Parts Counter Sales Assistant to join our busy and growing team in Culloville, Armagh.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and respond to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries
Offer accurate advice and assistance with identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts
Maintain stock levels on shelves and ensure the parts area is clean and well-organised
Process sales transactions using in-house systems
Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment
Support colleagues and management with any additional store-related duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
A solid understanding of automotive parts is essential
Previous experience in a parts advisor or counter sales role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Basic computer literacy for handling inventory and sales systemss
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €22,880.00-€34,672.68 per year
