Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our showroom team in Ballyfermot, Dublin. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the showroom.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the showroom with product inquiries and sales, offering knowledgeable and professional advice.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to drive sales and provide product information.
- Handle customer orders over the phone and via email efficiently and accurately.
- Place orders with suppliers and manage incoming stock deliveries.
- Maintain stock levels in the showroom, ensuring products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.
- Support the showroom team with inventory management and stock-taking activities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer systems for order processing, inventory management, customer communications, and CRM software.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with inventory management, sales, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a tool hire shop or counter sales is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
