We are seeking to recruit a Credit Control Manager. This role will require someone who has had 4+ years experience previously in a fast paced environment and will require someone who can hit the ground running as you will be managing high value / high volume collections and invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage the credit control function
- Experience in managing a team
- Manage a team of 5
- Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable - invoices
- Implementing and maintaining credit control system
- Collection calls and emails
- Contact Customers to secure payment
- Review Customer reports and sending out monthly Customer statements
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Bank and accounts reconciliation
- Manage cash received Processing cash receipts information
- Dealing with customers queries
- Report into the Accounts Department
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2+years experience within a similar role (essential)
- Strong AR and AP background
- Strong system experience using BC
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Experience working in a credit control position
- Language skills Fluent English (Chinese language essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €34,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
