We currently have a vacancy for a CRM Lead to join the Business Operations Team within Corporate Health Sales.
The Business Operations Team are responsible for supporting the Corporate Sales and Acquisition teams and we use Salesforce as our CRM platform to manage this business. Complex Sales and retention processes are followed by the Corporate Sales teams in Salesforce ensuring they are optimized.
This role is ideal for someone with Salesforce experience who is eager to grow their skills in CRM strategy, sales process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Role Purpose
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the sales team by providing insights and reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to align CRM activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on CRM best practices and usage.

- Working with our IT department to deliver an agreed programme of changes and areas for improvement
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on key performance areas
- Ensuring all key business processes and procedures relevant to the sales teams are followed.
- Working on general support request cases from the corporate sales teams
- 1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Basic understanding of CRM principles and sales processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to plan and organise tasks on an ongoing basis
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- APA Qualified
- Demonstrate alignment to the Vhi Values
