CRM Marketing Manager – Retail Focus

We’re a growing, fast-paced startup based in the heart of Dublin, and we’re on the lookout for a CRM Marketing Manager—but this isn’t your typical marketing role.
As we prepare to launch Lovura Home, our new brand in the retail home goods space, we’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy marketer to take the lead on customer engagement. From building out our CRM systems to designing campaigns that nurture leads and drive loyalty, you’ll be responsible for shaping the entire customer journey—from first visit to repeat purchase.
About the Role
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM-driven marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers. This includes overseeing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms, and using data to optimise every step of the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage our CRM strategy to drive lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention.
- Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage landing pages and websites aimed at conversion.
- Produce engaging content for social platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics using tools like GA4 and CRM analytics.
- Maintain and segment contact databases to personalise customer experiences.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of brand and marketing strategies.
- Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Support graphic design needs (basic design skills a plus).
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a CRM, digital, or marketing role.
- Language: Professional-level English, both written and verbal.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Analytics: Solid understanding of GA4 and campaign performance tracking.
- Content Creation: Strong skills in creating social media and email content.
- Strategic Thinking: A data-driven and customer-focused approach.
- Organisation: Excellent time and project management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
- Design: Skills in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
