CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Hertz Rent a Car is one of the largest and most prestigious car rental companies in the world.

We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service representative for our Knock Airport Location.

Primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Direct interaction with customers at beginning and end of rentals.
• Processing of rentals upon customers arrival.
• Counter Sales.
• Handing over of vehicles at start and end of rental.
• Assisting clients with their luggage and with vehicle controls.
• Ensuring all vehicles pre-rental damage is digitally recorded and assigned to each client at commencement of rental.
• Checking of vehicle at return of rental for fuel level, damage etc.
• Ensuring all vehicle damage is recorded as per company procedure on termination of clients contract.
• Issuing of receipts.
• Assisting when necessary with parking, refuelling and preparation of vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE

Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered for this role, you must be enthusiastic, flexible and committed with a customer focused approach. Sales or hospitality experience is desirable.

You must have a flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the branch as required.

Pleasant and professional manner is essential.
