Hertz Rent a Car is one of the largest and most prestigious car rental companies in the world.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service representative for our Knock Airport Location.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Direct interaction with customers at beginning and end of rentals.
- Processing of rentals upon customers arrival.
- Counter Sales.
- Handing over of vehicles at start and end of rental.
- Assisting clients with their luggage and with vehicle controls.
- Ensuring all vehicles pre-rental damage is digitally recorded and assigned to each client at commencement of rental.
- Checking of vehicle at return of rental for fuel level, damage etc.
- Ensuring all vehicle damage is recorded as per company procedure on termination of clients contract.
- Issuing of receipts.
- Assisting when necessary with parking, refuelling and preparation of vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE
Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered for this role, you must be enthusiastic, flexible and committed with a customer focused approach. Sales or hospitality experience is desirable.
You must have a flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the branch as required.
Pleasant and professional manner is essential.
