Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Fashion Online Distribution Center)
We're looking for a personable and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. No previous experience? No problem! All training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers and be polite and helpful when they have questions.
- Take orders from customers over the phone.
- Work with the warehouse team to make sure orders are packed and sent out on time.
- Tell customers about their order status and when they can expect to receive their items.
- Keep records of customer interactions and orders in our computer system.
- Learn about our products so you can help customers choose the right ones for them.
- Work together with other teams in the company to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- The ability to deal with customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or similar work is a plus, We do provide training!
- Good communication skills - both speaking and writing.
- Ability to solve problems and be patient with customers.
- Able to handle a busy environment and stay organised.
- Positive attitude and enjoy working with others.
