Abbey Machinery is looking for an experienced in-house customer support warehouse representative. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company.
The position will involve but is not limited to:
- Dealing directly via phone and email with customers taking sales orders and fielding queries.
- Sales order entry and dispatch.
- Picking and packing sales orders.
- Goods inwards
- General housekeeping of the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of farm machinery.
- IT literate.
- A positive 'can do' approach to work.
- Ability to follow instruction.
- Attention to detail.
- A good standard of numeracy.
- An ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work both individually and within a team.
- Conscientious and flexible.
- Forklift/Reach Truck experience is beneficial
