Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Maintain accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and employee documentation
* Develop and implement systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication
* Monitor compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards
* Assist in preparing for internal and external audits
* Welcome and host customers, auditors, and other visitors on site
* Perform data entry roles
Requirements:
* Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and audit preparation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with industry-specific certifications.
* Basic finance/book-keeping knowledge.
* Health and safety awareness in a warehouse setting.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
