Total Expo Limited are looking for an experienced 3D Design Studio Manager with a strong background in all elements of the Tradeshow , Conference and Exhibitions industry. The role will involve managing a team of five experienced designers and oversee the daily operations of a creative studio, managing teams, projects, and resources to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output. They will be responsible for project management, client relations, team leadership, and financial management. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of the design process. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Managing projects from initial concept to completion, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and quality control.
- Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring creative teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Client Relations:Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback.
- Resource Management:Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and studio space.
- Financial Management:Overseeing studio budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Operational Management:Ensuring smooth and efficient studio operations, including workflow management, scheduling, and maintaining studio equipment.
- Quality Assurance:Ensuring all creative work meets quality standards and aligns with client requirements.
- Business Development:Identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to expand the studio's client base.
- Strategic Planning:Developing long-term strategic plans and objectives for the studio.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a creative team.
- Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with 3D design software, Blender, InDesign , project management tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the creative industry, design processes, and market trends.
In addition to these core responsibilities and skills, a Design Studio Manager may also be involved in:
- Developing and implementing studio policies and procedures.
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative studio culture.
- Marketing the studio and seeking new business opportunities.

Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
