They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.Those in employment law, tax and payroll at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive legal and financial consulting services related to human resources. You will work closely with clients to confirm compliance with employment law and tax requirements. You will be responsible for providing guidance on employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll taxes, and help organisations mitigate legal risks, optimise tax strategies, and confirm compliance with regulations to support effective human resource management.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
