Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles adhering to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Drive according to set timetables, prioritizing punctuality and reliability.
- Manage ticketing machines efficiently and interact courteously with passengers.
- Go the extra mile in customer service, assisting all passengers including the elderly and children.
- Serve as a front-line ambassador for the company, providing accurate information and a welcoming presence.
Requirements:
- Possess a Category D Licence.
- Hold a valid CPC Certification (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Current Tachograph Card holder.
- Applicable work permits (if needed).
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and excellence in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance passenger experience.
Contract Details:
- Hours: 39 hours per week, shift work across a 5/7 day roster.
- Contract Type: Permanent position offering long-term stability and growth.
