The Role:
As a Dry Cleaner & Presser, you will be the backbone of our operation, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service every time they walk through our doors. You'll be working with dry and wet cleaning technology, honing your craft while playing a key role in maintaining our exceptional standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Dry Cleaning Expertise: Help daily production, ensuring garments are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Pressing Mastery: Use professional pressing equipment to ensure every garment looks immaculate, crisp, and perfectly finished.
- Quality Control: Inspect all items for stains, damages, or special care instructions, ensuring that all garments meet our quality standards before being returned to customers.
- Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced team to ensure smooth, efficient operations, and contribute to maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.
- Customer Focus: Occasionally engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in dry cleaning or pressing is a must. If you're an expert with both dry cleaning and pressing, we definitely want to hear from you!
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering flawless results.
