As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and event spaces. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets (restaurant, bar, functions).
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with staff scheduling and stock control.
- Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth coordination of service.
- Support management in achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
- Take charge of duty management shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or management role within food and beverage or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of HACCP and health & safety standards.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
