The Arlington hotel is seeking to hire a Duty Manager with a very strong Bar supervising/managerial background to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising/managing Irish Bars and overseeing facilities, security and customer service in within the Hotel.
Bar manager responsibilities include ensuring the daily operations are carried out efficiently and professionally like rostering, hiring and training of staff. Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation, planning promotional events, dealing with suppliers, managing budgets and setting goals.
Duty Manager Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees. You will also meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 year experience in the Hotel Industry
· Fluent English
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Must be available and allowed to work in Ireland on a full time base all year round.
- Knowledge of the OPERA system a great plus

Pay: €27,000.00-€33,000.00 per year
