We are currently recruiting a customer focused, enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced environment in the Centre of Cork City.
The Job:
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient welcome & service to all our guests
- Manage the operation of a fast-paced restaurant during your shift, using a hands-on approach
- Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Team to ensure Amicus quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist the General Manager with recruiting, training, and coaching of staff
- Deal with customer queries and reservations
- Resolve any issues that may arise during your shift
- Preform restaurant opening and closing duties on your shift
- Attend and contribute to management meetings for the purpose of planning, promotion, and development of restaurant services
The Ideal Candidate Must be;
· A customer focused, enthusiastic, team player who loves working in the hospitality industry.
· Be standards driven with a keen attention to detail
· Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining standards and excellent customer service
· Be an excellent communicator
Minimum Requirements:
· 3 years hospitality experience in a similar fast paced environment
· Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or manager
· Fluent in English
· Have full permission to work in the EU.
· Be available to work full-time, both day & evening shifts, including weekends
