Founded in 2002, ShannonDoc continues to deliver a high standard of urgent out-of-hours family doctor service to patients in the Midwest over the last 20 years.
Due to the continued development of the organisation and to ensure a sustainable service is available to our patients, member GPs and the HSE; ShannonDoc is looking for candidates who have strong organisational and communication skills. This new role is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the management team in the effective running of the central call centre and lead out developments in the service in a manner which will contribute positively and secure the delivery of the service, its future direction and growth.
The Duty Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management and development of Shannondoc in attaining the highest possible standard of excellence throughout the service. The post holder is responsible to ensure that the optimum standard of service is delivered on a daily basis within Shannondoc maintaining the quality of patient care, developing existing services as necessary.

Experience:
- At least 5 years supervisory experience within an office environment, call centre or medical environment
- Microsoft Suite
