Experienced eCommerce Inventory Controller/ Operations Assistant required for a busy e-commerse business.
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our day-to-day online operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test incoming stock upon arrival
- Perform quality checks before orders are dispatched
- Manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and handle returns efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner
- Assist the dispatch team with packing and order fulfillment
- Work closely with other departments as needed within the branch
- Maintain accurate records of stock, returns, and quality control
- Use Excel to track inventory, analyse returns data, and support operational reporting
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good with numbers and analytical tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas, filtering, sorting, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in eCommerce, customer service, warehousing, or logistics is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
