As our newest Early Childcare Educator, you'll join an experienced team responsible for providing excellent care and encouraged to explore your creativity in developing engaging experiences.
Duties
· Educate and be a dedicated caregiver for children in one or more of our focused rooms.
· Implement innovative teaching strategies, integrating international curricula and frameworks.
· Engage actively with our new child management software to enhance communication with families.
· Contribute to the ongoing development of our learning environments, including room configurations and resource enhancements.
· Be a key player in building a community-centric culture that values children, staff, and community at its core.
Must-Haves
- A minimum qualification of Level 5 in Early Childcare, as recognized by DCECIY.
- Ability to reliably commute to our center in Ballapousta.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth.
- Eligibility to start work in the new year.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience or interest in working with international educational frameworks.
- A desire to pursue higher educational qualifications, for which we offer robust support.
