Due to continued expansion, Heavins.ie is hiring a full-time role combining Customer Service and Ecommerce Picking & Packing. This position offers a diverse workday—half spent interacting with customers and half in our fulfillment center, ensuring online orders are processed quickly and accurately.
Role Overview
This is a split role where you will spend approximately:
- 50% of your time in Customer Service
- 50% of your time as a Picker/Packer in the warehouse
Customer Service Responsibilities (50%)
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing product information, resolving issues, and processing returns
- Ensuring a friendly and professional experience for every customer
- Logging and following up on customer queries using internal systems
- Working closely with ecommerce and warehouse teams to resolve order-related queries
Picker Packer Responsibilities (50%)
- Picking and packing ecommerce orders accurately for distribution
- Unpacking pallets and preparing stock for the fulfillment area
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organised work areas
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
Key Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic setting
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Basic computer literacy (email, order management systems, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Heavins.ie products (training will be provided)
