Intersport Elverys are looking for an Ecommerce Product Content Administrator to join our Online team. You will be joining an innovative Online team of 15 reporting to the Head of Online. This role is on-site in our head office in Castlebar, Co Mayo.
Job Scope:
Ensure products are presented online with high quality imagery, product videos, meaningful titles, detailed descriptions, SEO tags and set-up in appropriate product categories.- Write high quality unique product descriptions.
- Enhance user experience by ensuring product filters are assigned to products, detail buying and size guides, and identifying product recommendations for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Set up category offers, cross-sells/up-sells, products recommendations and personalisation strategies to increase average order value, such as ‘Complete the look’ ‘You may also like’ ‘Frequently bought together’.
- Work closely with our buying and warehouse teams to ensure new products are added to our website in a timely manner.
- Work with Ecommerce Site Merchandisers to plan and execute marketing activity, including forecasting effort required to support product launches and promotional campaigns. Advise Online team of key product releases and ensure correct products receive appropriate exposure on site.
- Work closely with our in-house photographer to ensure new products are photographed and uploaded to our website.
- Work to ensure our full inventory is available on the website and all products have designated minimum content requirements.
- Work with leading sports brands to source all product content as needed including images, descriptions, video, how to guides, product tables, charts etc. to produce enhanced product content.
- Collaborate with Online team to perform periodic evaluations of content relevancy.
Skills/Experience:
Excellent English writing and proof-reading skills- Experience with a Web Content Management Systems beneficial such as WordPress or Shopify
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
- Experience of HTML and CSS coding a plus
- Ability to edit images for web display and experience with a photo editing tool such as Photoshop/ Corel draw / Canva a plus
- Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills with ability to interpret data and create reports.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Interest and experience in sports and fashion retail beneficial
- Ability to work well in a team, both inside Ecommerce Dept and as part of the wider Intersport Elverys team.

**This role is based on-site in Castlebar, Co Mayo – due to the collaborate nature of this role, we cannot offer remote working.
