The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to take a leading role on-site across our residential projects in Dublin. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, a hands-on approach, and deep technical knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale housing developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and apprentices on-site.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
- Liaise with site management, project managers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installations.
- Monitor work quality, resolve issues, and ensure snag-free delivery.
- Report progress and any issues to the Contracts Manager.
- Maintain site records, including labour hours and material usage.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with a valid Safe Electric registration.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and Irish building regulations.
- Ability to lead and motivate site teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full, clean driver’s licence.
