Commercial Energy Ratings is a dedicated company specialising in BER certification and building regulations compliance (Energy) for commercial buildings.
The company was established in 2009 and is one of the largest dedicated BER cert companies in Ireland completing ca. 1000 BER Certs per year.
Commercial Energy Ratings Ltd. would like to recruit additional experienced Engineers or Architectural Technicians to work as a building modeller for energy systems in commercial buildings. The company has deployed advanced 3D building modelling techniques to simulate the thermal and energy performance of buildings. We specialise in design support for the energy systems in buildings and building regulations compliance checking.
The ideal candidate should be either a qualified Engineer or architectural technician and already fulfil the SEAI requirements to be registered as a level 4 commercial assessor and as a domestic assessor.

The successful candidates will likely have the following skills:
- Degree in Engineering or Architectural Technology
- Full training will be provided to the successful candidates
- A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency to draw in AutoCAD would be advantageous
- Some knowledge of 3D building software simulation packages would be an advantage
- Outgoing personality and customer engagement skills
- Flexibility and drive to complete work assignments to committed deadlines
- Capacity to handle a high volume of workload and complete in an accurate manner
- Excellent Salary Package for suitable candidates
- Full Driving license and use of car
