To support the enforcement team to ensure policies of the Authority are carried out and that the collection of payments are maximized.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as an authorised officer, on behalf of Turas and the Authority, to approve enforcement actions and documentation to be used as part of further enforcement proceedings.
- Liaise with company solicitor on all cases which have been escalated to the enforcement stage, to include responding to queries about customer issues/cases.
- Review all customer cases to ensure all evidence, data and facts are known to the legal team (case management).
- Contribute to debt recovery strategies when Evidence Packs are contested.
- Prepare and review court cases.
- Review claim notices candidates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance activities and enforcement queries.
- Assist with the development of process improvement initiatives related to enforcement.
- Ensuring compliance with all KPI’s associated with enforcement activities.
- Ability to produce reports.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and a desire for accuracy.
- Ability to take ownership, be proactive and achieve desired results.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team and to interact at all levels in the business.
- Ability to interact and build a relationship with external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role.
- Experience documenting controls, designing processes.
- Experience of working with a diverse project team.
- Enforcement and Credit Management not necessary but an advantage.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin. We expect team members to work from our Dublin office 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
