Your Role as a Teacher
As a teacher at Academic Bridge, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality education to students of varying ages and proficiency levels. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to their academic journey, inspire growth, and help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
- Create and maintain a supportive and positive classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the Academic Director of Studies (ADOS) and Centre Manager to ensure educational standards are met.
- Complete administrative tasks such as attendance and progress reports.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum planning.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognized teaching qualification ( CELTA, TESOL).
- BA degree.
- Minimum 2+ years experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse class needs.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication abilities.
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not essential.
