Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labelling of meat products.
- Operate machinery and equipment in line with training and safety guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the production area.
- Follow all food safety and quality control procedures.
- Support other production tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food production or factory environment (desirable but not essential).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a chilled environment.
- Working Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm with Flexibility required during busier periods.
