Environmental Manager

Are you an experienced Environmental Manager looking to make a real impact on Ireland’s Power Generation and Utilities sector? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead environmental compliance and sustainability efforts on a high-profile projects in Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.
- Monitor and manage environmental data (water, dust, noise, waste) using specialized equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and report on environmental performance.
- Implement and audit the Project Environmental Management System.
- Investigate and report environmental incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Prepare monthly environmental reports for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement mitigation measures for environmental risks.
- Maintain and update the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Relevant Degree Qualification and experience in Environmental management within civil engineering, construction, or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of environmental design, impact assessments, and risk mitigation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
