Castle Leslie Estate, one of Ireland’s most enchanting estates, is seeking a talented and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and delivering exceptional events — from luxury weddings and private parties to corporate retreats and estate experiences. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard, reflecting the magic and elegance of Castle Leslie.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution of their event
  • Coordinate all event logistics – timelines, menus, setups and special requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, F&B, accommodation, front office, etc.) to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients
  • Ensure every event is delivered with creativity, professionalism, and Castle Leslie charm
  • Manage event budgets and invoicing in line with estate policies
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or last-minute changes promptly and efficiently

    The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in event coordination or hospitality/events management

    • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for guest experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management software a plus
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. Usually every other Saturday
